Shipping and Delivery Policy for ZURA
EXCHANGE FOR ZURA PRODUCT
To be eligible for an exchange, the product should be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.
Exchange possible within a two days with available stock item only. But for exchange u need to intimate us within 48 hours post receiving the product.
Exchange is only facilitated once
Shipping cost to be borne by client.
Exchanges are accepted by notifying us within 48 hours (through whatsapp +91-9811914945 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org) of receiving the order.
We have a No Return/ No refund policy.
All product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pickups.
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/ written on your returns parcel with ZURA order #____, please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Please mention your name address number and email id on the parcel and also mention the garment you need in exchange

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your exchange product, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect and process your exchange as soon as possible. In order to keep you updated, we will send you an email confirming the status of your exchange.
